Ashley Marie Newby is a dedicated legal professional who has been an integral member of the Xenick Lebedeker Pepin team since 2013. Starting her career as a legal assistant and progressing to her current role as Office Manager, Ashley’s exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are vital in ensuring our office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Ashley plays a key role in supporting our attorneys as they navigate complex areas of practice, including commercial litigation, insurance disputes, zoning and land-use issues, employment law, and personal injury.

Outside the office, Ashley is a proud mother of three energetic boys. Her 18-year-old son serves in the Marine Corps, while her 15- and 14-year-olds keep busy with football and baseball both at school and in travel leagues. When she finds a moment to unwind, Ashley loves spending time at the beach and traveling, embracing all that South Florida has to offer.
